We are seeking Call Center Representatives to join our team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering incoming calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You have excellent communication skills, are able to multitask, and possess a strong work ethic. You are passionate about helping customers and committed to providing exceptional customer service.

What you will do:

• Answer incoming calls and provide customer service.
• Communicate with customers to ensure quality appointments are issued to sales representatives.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Schedule, reschedule and dispatch appointments as needed.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
• Maintain customer records and update customer information in the customer service database.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
