Sales Representative

This year we have continued the growth by hiring more sales and marketing representatives.

This position is responsible for lead generation, scheduling Free No Obligation Estimates by canvassing local neighborhoods where we are well known for remodeling work we completed.

We are looking for the next top team member that can take on a management position within 6 months that will include additional uncapped bonuses based on your team's performance.

The 8 week Training is paid so previous industry knowledge is not required.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will play an integral role helping our customers dramatically increase the appeal and value of their home.

After our sales training you will be paired with a skilled sales mentor for continuing your sales development.

• Delivery of sales pitch by canvassing
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Participation in ongoing sales training and support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
