As a Customer Success Associate Client Manager, you are responsible for all client activity and the overall success of NielsenIQ at the customer. This includes driving timely outcomes and client value through the data and analytics, which drive the overall customer experience and elevate NIQs performance. This unique role is vital in delivering a customized data solution to our client, combining technical acumen with data analytics to drive value through issue-based insights.

Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to set objectives that drive business impact and maximum client value, building and maintaining strong relationships and deep expertise with adaptability, urgency, and positivity
- Understand and leverage NielsenIQ solutions and apply industry knowledge to conduct advanced issue-based analyses with clear proactive insights and action-oriented recommendations
- Drive strategic thought leadership with customers leveraging NielsenIQ tools and assets
- Identify opportunities for increased partnership and elevate those opportunities to organizational partners
- Facilitate clear day-to-day communications with customers, proving the value of NIQ solutions in support of growth, adoption, and value creation
- Ensure on-time delivery of solutions to achieve forecasted revenue on-time
- Identify potential revenue opportunities with customers and handoff to Account Developers to enable them to achieve sales goals
- Work collaboratively with internal partners to ensure work is connected to customer business objectives, delivered on-time, and focused on outcome
- Lead client presentations with proactive insights and action-oriented recommendations
- Ensure client stakeholders buy into outcomes and value NielsenIQ is delivering to them
- Partner with Client Delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of monthly data and reporting
- Understand client structure and organization
- Determine ROI of NielsenIQ recommendations and solutions
- Develop a consultative approach to client business issues, understanding the industry and what issues a client is facing
- Write SQL scripts to query NIQ's Data Lake when granular data assets are required to complete an analysis. Review and scope client's requests, size effort, set expectations and execute deliverables.
Qualifications

You have strong time management skills and are comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- College/University Undergraduate or master's degree
- Prior experience with NielsenIQ solutions
- Collaborating with teams and working in a matrixed environment
- Time management & prioritization
- Experience working with complex client relationships and client issue resolution
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in BI Tools a plus (PowerBI, Tableau)
- Demonstrated strength in data analysis & working with Syndicated, Panel, and POS data highly preferred (Nielsen, IRI, Kantar, and Numerator, to name a few)
- 2-3 years of CPG/Retail industry experience preferred
- Strong relational database experience, with an emphasis on writing SQL queries
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
- Strong analytical aptitude and proficiency in presenting analysis and insights
- Strong experience in maintaining strong customer relationships
- Experience utilizing multiple and complex data sets through problem-solving and proven project management skills
- Experience in a client service environment and ability to develop, maintain and grow client relationships
- Skillfully communicate and work collaboratively with internal & external teams
- Strong sense of autonomy, urgency, and accountability to delight clients
