Retail Associate Description

We are looking for an ambitious Inside Sales Representative who will take time to work with our customers professionally and passionately in a fast-paced environment. To be considered for this position, you must be able to provide proven sales experience. Competitive commission compensation is offered based on experience. You will be responsible for the following:

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience by creating a connection with every customer. This means utilizing a friendly greeting, smiling, and making frequent eye contact.
• Able to merchandize, maintain, and increase showroom appeal at all times.
• Supports all corporate sales initiatives and contests and utilizes suggestive selling techniques on the sales floor to maximize sales through event planning of holidays and events.
• Operates cash registers in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Provides creative suggestions for new items to sell.
• Responsible for maintaining presentation standards in the store and counter area. This includes cleaning and organizing to keep our work area efficient.
• Responsible for timely processing of incoming inventory, as well as communicating inventory and replenishment needs to front counter manager.
• Able to handle stressful situations, deadlines, a variety of customer interactions, and constructive criticism.
• Social media experience preferred.

Requirements

• **Must be able to work some Saturdays.**
• Strong Excel and Word knowledge is a MUST.
• Experience with Quickbooks is a plus.
• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Strong attention-to-detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in time-sensitive and high-pressure situations where customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal.
• Ability to apply creative problem-solving techniques to situations using sound business judgement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to dress professionally.
