Allstate Roofing & More has grown from a roofing startup to trusted local brand business. Our team has the confidence and expertise to take on exterior home projects including the replacement or installation of gutters, gutter guards, solar panels, and roofs. Although we have the GAF Master Elite® certification to show for it, the real test of our talents is the happiness of each customer after we give their home new life.

We are a solution-driven company currently looking for self-motivated individuals that enjoy interacting with and helping other people.

Prior experience is desired, as we will provide you with all of the necessary tools and training to be successful. This is an outside sales position covering our service area of Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, and Eastern/Western New York.

More important than sales and/or exterior home improvement experience is someone who is motivated, organized, learns quickly, has extensive customer service skills, and can work well independently with little direct oversight. Successful candidates have worked directly with customers in the service industry—including sales, customer service representatives, waiter/waitress, bartender, etc.

Requirements

• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise

• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

• Self-motivation

• Flexible schedule for a full-time position—can include early evenings and weekends.

• Reliable transportation (with insurance) and valid ID

• Excellent time-management skills

• Positive attitude

• Good communication skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Determination to learn with training, as well as self-educate in the field.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with new clients

• Create project scopes and estimates

• Manage and track jobs from the first visit to project completion

• Manage customers’ expectations

• Manage company-provided leads

• Self-generate leads (including referrals from existing customers)
• Canvassing areas that you are in
• MUST BE WILLING TO DRIVE TO BUFFALO AND MONROE COUNTY

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
