Pinnacle Talent Acquisition is an award-winning staffing, talent acquisition, and human resources consulting firm. We are looking for a Client Development Specialist to assist in the continued growth of the organization.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Connect with Nonprofits, NGO's and for-profit organizations in the DMV to introduce our service offerings. Qualify key decision makers to ensure the continued growth of the organization. Able to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.

Attributes:

B2B client development and outreach.

Strong analytics and administrative skills.

Strong corporate connections in the DMV (District, Maryland and Virginia).

Experience in the staffing consulting arena.

3-5 years' experience in client development in the staffing consulting arena or comparable.

Excellent written and oral skills including proposal writing.

Eager self starter

Excellent collboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
