K3 Technology is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team in our Denver office. This role is pivotal in generating leads, initiating conversations, and nurturing potential client relationships to fuel the company's growth.

Annual salary: $20 - $35 Hourly + Commission
Shift: Monday – Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm
Location: 3 days remote and 2 office days required

Sales Development Representative Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to promote our products and services.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
• Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline.
• Meet and exceed monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities.
• Conduct research to identify potential prospects and market trends.
• Maintain knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competition.

Sales Development Representative Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and presentation abilities.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce or a similar system.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• At least two years of sales or related experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software and the ability to learn new or updated software.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
