Full description of the position

  • Join a FAST-paced, high-ENERGY team
  • DEVELOP customer base in the Madison/Milwaukee soccer community
  • Provide EXCELLENT customer service to existing and potential customers
  • WORK with major vendors such as Nike and adidas
  • NETWORK and BUILD relationships to expand the Stefans Soccer reach

Job Details:

Stefans Soccer is looking for a responsible, assertive and hardworking individual to join our staff. We are looking for someone with knowledge of the Milwaukee area soccer community and experience in the soccer market, to grow and expand Stefans Soccer’s market share in the area. Work with area organizations to provide excellent customer service to meet their needs and budgets.

Daily Duties Include:

  • Maintain current customer base in the Milwaukee area soccer community & develop new business
  • Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, & via e-mail
  • Work with the major vendors to perform sales activities for club accounts
  • Help provide forecasts for purchasing, scheduling, and projected sales revenue
  • Enter sales orders & verify availability of product
  • Provide quotes for potential customers
  • Maintain quality service by following Stefans Soccer standards
  • Effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors in Brookfield office

Skills & Qualifications

  • Knowledge of persons & organizations in the Wisconsin soccer community is a plus
  • Strong communication & people skills—in person, on the phone or via e-mail
  • Prior soccer market sales experience preferred
  • Hard working

  • Great ability to work by yourself or in a team environment

  • Strong organizational skills

Hours / Benefits / Compensation:

This is a full time position. Hours are mostly weekdays Mon – Fri, however some nights and weekend days might be necessary for sales presentations or other events.
Benefits include: PTO, Paid Holidays, 401K and health insurance
Compensation: Based on experience, Range $40,000 - $50,000 annually.
