As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, playing a crucial role in setting sales appointments and delivering exceptional service.

***This is an inside sales position. Experience working in sales is required, and being available to work a schedule of 9 AM - 6 PM (Mon-Fri) and 9 AM - 4 PM (every second or third Saturday) is also required.***

Position Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads, and respond to emails and digital inquiries
• Provide excellent service to customers and confirm qualified appointments
• Adhere to industry best-in-class standards to execute inbound and outbound marketing efforts
• Effectively capture marketing lead sources
• Attend training sessions
• Participate in one-on-one meetings and weekly team meetings with the Call Center Manager and Team Lead to discuss individual and team performance
• Meet monthly and annual goals based on predetermined key performance metrics
• Work with a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment and treat every call with the same level of energy and enthusiasm
• Provide a high level of customer excellence to consumers and prospects
• Contribute positively to the culture of the Call Center
• Work collaboratively and respectively with team members
• Additional duties as assigned

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of appointment setting or inside sales experience
• Spanish bilingual is a plus
• Proficient computer skills that include Microsoft Office
• Ability to use CRM software such as MarketSharp
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, time management, oral and written communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere to deadlines
• Availability to work 9 am - 6 pm (M-F) and one Saturday a month from 9 am - 4 pm. A weekday off is granted when working a Saturday.
