Primary Description- Customer Service (Sales)

[please apply online] Sales Representative position at Performance Systems Integration (PSI) is responsible for assisting customers with the ordering process with a focus on customer service and satisfaction. The Sales Representative reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager. This position will work directly with marketing to assist in front end website updates and Operations departments, conveying customer and business suggestions to bolster customer support and the purchasing experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming sales calls and process orders
• Reply to incoming emails and inquiries
• Perform pricing and website updates as needed
• Work with Sales Manager to proficiently articulate sales trends for purposes of forecasting; Use intuition and common sense to maximize sales.
• Engage customers in online chats through social interfaces.
• Provide customer with optimal experience by providing a high level of customer experience during checkout.
• Availability 8:00-6:00 M-F - (tbd)
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

* Self-managed- Proactively keep up to date with dealers and customers alike
* Interest in the automotive aftermarket industry a huge plus
* Efficient and fast learning
* Good communication skills (verbal and written)
* Experience with PC computers and the inte
* Positive and passionate about quality of work
* Willing to Train the right candidate

Pay: $36,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
