Product Service Support Representative
Overview
Since 1955 Road Machinery has been committed to providing our customers with quality equipment and responsive service. We started out selling street sweepers, motor graders and air compressors from our 7th street, Phoenix, Arizona location. Road Machinery now operates across Arizona and California including world class re-manufacturing facilities for Diesel Engines, Transmissions, Electrical Rotating Devices and Hydraulic Cylinders.

Essential Duties
- Use systematic planning and prospecting to generate sales leads.
- Conduct equipment inspections to identify appropriate repairs.
- Conduct daily cold calls to generate leads / sales appointments.
- Conduct daily job site visits to generate leads / sales appointments.
- Conduct daily sales presentations and demonstrations of service support.
- Identify your territory and create an effective marketing campaign.
- Promote Service, Parts and sales in your territory.
- Enter your activities into the CRM daily.
Qualifications
- 3 years of outside sales experience, prior experience in heavy equipment sales is a plus.
- Must have Product Support Sales experience.
- Service or Parts experience at Komatsu, Caterpillar or other dealer preferred.
- Must have sales skills to effectively overcome objections and close the sale.
- Must be a motivated self-starter.
- Must be able to fully comprehend hydraulic and electrical schematics.
- Valid State Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Must be able to travel on a regular basis to include overnight stays.
The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in California is $48,000 to $123,000 annually. This pay range includes both base salary and commissions Road Machinery would reasonably expect you to achieve in this role.
The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Road Machinery, LLC is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
