Job Description:

The Lead Generation Specialist at Velocity Capital Group will be responsible for creating and managing digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving leads and conversions. This role requires a deep understanding of landing page creation, sales funnels, and lead nurturing tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage lead generation campaigns to drive user acquisition, conversion rates, and customer retention.
• Design and implement effective landing pages and sales funnels.
• Conduct A/B tests on landing pages and sales funnels to maximize conversion rates.
• Coordinate with the sales team to create seamless transitions from marketing to sales activities.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
• Monitor and adjust campaigns as necessary to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and other team members to create engaging and effective marketing materials.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in online marketing and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a lead generation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Proficient in marketing automation technology and relevant marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM software, and Content Management Systems.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing and advertising metrics.
• Strong knowledge and experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and landing page design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
• Creative problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
