Now Hiring - Group Sales Coordinator in Pigeon Forge, TN

We are looking for a Group Sales Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the group sales department. They will be responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring the accuracy of customer data. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow in the theatre/tourism environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with tour operators, receptive company’s and group leaders to maximize the generation of theatre ticket sales.
• Provide support in the areas of customer service, box office sales and reservations, and administrative tasks.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Attend sales activities, including trade shows, conferences, and other events that may include travel.
• Greet and seat groups.
• Prepare sales reports for management review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $700.00 per week
