We are seeking an Experienced Real Estate assistant to support our top performing, mother-daughter team of 2.
*We would like to kindly state that this position is for a support role and will primarily take place at our office in Coronado. There will be opportunities to support us on the field, however, if you are looking to be an agent in the field, then this role might not be the right role for you.

We are looking for someone with experience in the industry, who thrives on implementing and improving systems and processes, to make the team run better. Highly important to us is for the assistant's ability to problem-solve and think on their own in order to provide the best service and help us, and our clients. Your wins are our wins!
Additionally, the assistant should be familiar with and comfortable using various software tools to help with tasks like creating MLS listings, sending DocuSign, use Skyslope, create CRMs, track leads, and creating reports among others.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing us, our schedules, and ensure that appointments are scheduled and confirmed in a timely manner.
- Assist in preparing contracts, purchase agreements, and other documents.
- Conduct market research and prepare market analysis reports.
- Help create and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and client interactions.
- Manage and update the team's social media accounts and website.
- Manage and update our list of units for sale.
- Coordinate open houses and other events.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and provide them with a professional and positive experience.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a real estate or administrative support role
- Real Estate Salesperson License strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Apple/Mac user preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
