Responsibilities:

• Drive sales team performance to meet and exceed sales targets
• Motivate, train, and engage team members in an enthusiastic manner
• Build rapport and relationships with individuals and groups to enhance business growth
• Utilize effective delegation skills to empower team members while maintaining accountability for results
• Act with a sense of urgency and confidence to handle various challenges
• Implement effective systems to achieve results through and with people
• Manage the negotiation process with sales associates.
• Appraise vehicles for trade.
• Manage showroom, online, and phone traffic.
• Manage new and pre-owned vehicle inventory.
• Interviews, hires, trains and promotes employees to support store operations and company growth

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Automotive Sales Management experience (REQUIRED)
• Ability to work at our Hayward, WI location (REQUIRED)
• Working knowledge of CRM and DMS systems
• Valid Driver's License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
