We are looking for smart, customer-focused representatives located at our headquarters who enjoy providing premium, luxury customer service to consumers from throughout Canada with a passion for classic, performance and muscle cars. In our fast-paced, e-commerce environment, we’re thrilled to provide opportunities for growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and oversee a team of salespeople form the ground up.
• Articulating and engaging the sales team to a best practice approach, driving continued improvements around process, people development, systems, and behaviors across the organization.
• Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals and KPIs set to generate revenue.
• Coach salespeople on best practices for closing more deals and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance.
• Model and plan headcount, quotas, expenses budgets, and sales forecast to enable the business to exceed targets.
• Step in to answer customer questions and issues when required.
• Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales staff.
• Develop and manage strategies to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales.
• Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers.
• Compile regular reports for management to review.
• Process in-person, over-the-phone, and online orders.
• May perform other job duties as directed

What are we looking for?

• Associate or bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership sales role
• 8+ years of experience in a sales role
• Proven knowledge of effective sales strategies and best practices
• Substantial track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals
• Excellent leadership skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Strong communication skill
• Outgoing and service-oriented attitude
