Ideal leasing candidates will have sales background and excellent communications skills as well as relevant experience. Preferably in industry, but not required.

The role requires individuals to display professional conduct, time management and experience with the leasing and sales skills. Candidates should have managerial skills with the ability to multitask!

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Willoughby Hills, OH 44092: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Apartment Leasing & Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

• English (Required)
