We are seeking a motivated & knowledgeable full time Personal Insurance - Account Executive for our Greenville, DE office. The ideal candidate will possess a reliable work ethic, have strong communication abilities, and be capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Position Responsibilities Include

• Provides best-in-class customer support for handling client requests, including processing certificates, evidence of insurance, ID cards, renewals, etc.
• Ensure timely processing with all servicing requests
• Utilize knowledge of personal lines coverages to ensure transactions and policy output from carriers are accurate.
• Collaborate with producers, underwriters, and leadership to provide total account management of selected customers.
• Handles billing inquiries and invoice preparation.
• Reviews monthly renewal and activity suspense reports
• Able to meet with clients to discuss coverage or billing questions.
• Ensures strict confidentiality of customer information.
• Assists with other projects and duties as assigned.

Education/Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience within a personal-lines focused independent insurance agency or brokerage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry across multiple websites
• Strong time management & organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Active Delaware P&C insurance license is required.
• Experience with Applied EPIC (or TAM)
• CISR or similar insurance designation is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
