We are currently hiring a Sales/Account Manager FULL TIME to help develop new clients nationally and internationally at our headquarters in Marlborough, MA .
Shiminly specializes in holistic cross-disciplinary programs for K-12 schools and private students. Sales/Account Manager
We offer a competitive base salary, plus an uncapped commission structure . We are located west of Boston in Marlborough right off US 20 and 495.
Job Duties
- Aggressively prospect new clients while expanding current business.
- Follow up on marketing and web inquiries to identify key decision makers to secure new business.
- Maintain Sales Database so as to effectively build your customer base.
- Negotiates, prices, signs, and binds sales/service agreements with customers and clients within company guidelines
- Review sales plans with management on a weekly basis.
- Help deliver outbound email marketing with management.
- Work with recruiting team to deliver candidates to your clientele.
Qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task and balance a high volume of outbound and inbound phone calls, email communications, and detailed database entries
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Work independently and as a team member
- Must have good customer service and administrative organizational skills.
- Experience with outbound email marketing.
- Working knowledge of: desktop computers and Microsoft office products Excel, Word, MS Outlook etc.
Education/Experience:
- BS or AA - will accept experience in lieu of degree
- Computer and CRM software applications desired
- Previous Ed Tech or K-12 Sales Environmennt.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $61,425.00 per year
