RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Vehicle pricing
• Manage all trade appraisals
• Desk Deals, Track Gross
• Manage all aspects of vehicle reconditioning
• Manage the used car inventory and process lease returns
• Inventory Marketing – direct, digital, etc.

· Help manage all other aspects of the pre-owned sales department

· Work directly with the sales team to enhance the sales process and customer experience

· Provide support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior Used Car Automotive management experience A MUST
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Understanding of inventory control
• Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, ADP/CDK, CRM, Autoalert, vAuto)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong work ethic
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
