Bill Bowers A/C and Heating, Inc is looking for a Internat Sales /Social Media Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position with benefits.
Job Description
The Internet Sales/Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing Bill Bowers A/C and Heating, Inc social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube. You will be working with the marketing team to develop strategies for growth and engagement of these accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience with managing multiple social media platforms and be able to adapt quickly to changes in strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for growth and engagement of Bill Bowers A/C and Heating, Inc social media accounts.
- Monitor and analyze performance of social media accounts including followers, views, likes, shares, and comments.
- Collaborate with marketing team on strategies for growth.
- Develop strategies for optimizing performance of social media accounts.
- Create content for various social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok).
- Monitor the performance of social media campaigns and provide feedback to improve performance.
- Collaborate with other departments on projects related to social media campaigns (e.g., audience targeting).
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral (e.g., blog posts, brochures, flyers).
- Assist in the development of reports on performance of various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter).
- Develop ideas for new ways to engage with followers on social media platforms (e.g., contests).
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials (e.g., brochures).
- Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chat.
- Responding to Internet Lead requests promptly.
- Schedule appointments for clients.
- Be a liaison between customers and the sales department.
- Follow up on unsold prospects in database.
- Assist in implementing customer campaigns and marketing projects.
- Must be comfortable with computer programs and smart devices.
- Assist in generating reports and logs.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; at least 2 years of experience in a similar role; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational skills; ability to work independently; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to work both independently and as part of a team; good problem-solving skills; good attention to detail; ability to work with minimal supervision; strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Word and Excel; Adobe Creative Suite skills preferred; knowledge of video editing is a plus
