Selling Branch Manager/Recruiter - Staffing Agency in Dearborn, MI
Impact Employment Solutions is in search of a Selling Branch Manager/Recruiter that is self motivated for our Dearborn/Detroit location. We want to grow in this market and need to continue to build our Team!
We are a fast paced staffing agency head quartered in Toledo Ohio that requires a high volume of applicants for our many different customers. Our ideal candidate should have experience in staffing sales, building relationships and partnering with different employers within the community and recruiting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop a Sales Database
- Identify and prioritize new business prospects
- Develop multiple lead sources, networking groups, Local Chamber of Commerce branches, community activities and referral programs for future business.
- Setting high standards and always conducting themselves in a professional manner.
- Schedule appointments, make presentations, execute fee negotiations, and establish payment terms with prospective clients.
- Ensure all new clients’ sales contracts meet revenue and margin expectations.
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract candidates using a variety of sources.
- Create recruitment materials, ad and postings with our advertising department.
- Source out all materials using platforms available -example: multiple job boards, newspapers, fliers, phone calls, texts blasts and social media.
- Advertise, source, screen and assess candidates for placement.
Job Requirements:
- Three to five years’ experience in a business-to-business sales, preferably in the staffing industry. Additional experience in client services or account management is a plus.
- Demonstrate industry knowledge, including a consultative approach to furthering temporary business and job placement.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, sales, and marketing skills, as well as demonstrated relationship building and effective presentation skills.
- Must have computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Must possess time management and organizational skills, including the ability to shift back and forth between two or more tasks.
- Ability to work effectively within an unstructured environment and display the flexibility to identify and respond to changes in company priorities.
- Ability to operate as a true team player. Must possess a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, a high sense of energy and a relentless drive for success.
- Ability to travel to client sites within the assigned sales area.
- Maintains a professional appearance, demeanor, and approach to work.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year plus commission on sales
