Here at Crunch Fitness, our Assistant Fitness Director is responsible for the Personal Training team’s overall direction, coordination, sales, operations, and success under the guidance of the club’s Fitness Director. They help facilitate a safe and supportive environment for all clients to unlock their full fitness potential. Crunch Fitness Assistant Fitness Directors…

• Meet potential clients with initial fitness assessments; present and sell the benefits of Personal Training
• Consistently and effectively manage trainers to ensure client satisfaction
• Provide guidance, coaching, and corrective action to staff when necessary
• Ensure all clients are receiving high quality training
• Meet or exceed Personal Training department revenue goals
• Ensure all administrative aspects are accurate and current
• Follow up with any missed appointments/sessions
• Maintain current knowledge of pricing and marketing campaigns to effectively communicate with members and prospective clients
• Conduct personal training sessions as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Here’s What You Need to Qualify…

• Sales experience (2 years)
• Personal training experience (2 years)
• Professional personal training certification (required) - NASM, ISSA, ACE, NFPT, ACSM, NESTA, CSCS
• CPR/AED certification
• Ability to work with clients who may need specialized attention
• Background check

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
