Positions are available in Royal Oak at Holbrook Auto Parts Corporate Headquarters.

Responsibilities

● Answer inbound phone calls from commercial customers

● Help commercial customers identify what parts they need, explaining the benefits of our products

● Help texting messaging to retail customers

● Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

● Must have reliable transportation to and from work

● Must have basic computer skills, be able to type order information

Experience

● Basic Computer Skills

● Auto Parts Experience

● Customer/Retail Sales

Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (plus commission)
