Job Description:


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As the Sr. Application Engineer, you will guide technical service teams in pre- and post-sales HVACR technical support, which includes commissioning, installation, testing and providing maintenance services to customers. Responsibilities include correctly applying the product portfolio.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide customer technical support in the setup, configuring, troubleshooting and operating of products.
  • Provide necessary training to the sales group and customers on the features and proper use and application of product lines.
  • Provide customer-specific programming and parameter settings for custom applications.

Qualifications:

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Requires at least 5 years related experience
  • Excellent customer service skills, strong math and mechanical knowledge
  • Expert knowledge of calculations required for correctly applying equipment and equipment integration
  • May require knowledge of custom control programming
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to use Microsoft Office

The compensation range for this position is approximately $82,000 - $107,100 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.
