Non-Commission Sales Professionals will be given a GUARANTEED Base hourly rate along with the potential to earn above average incomes. Previous automotive or sales experience is NOT required. Ideal candidates will be serious about customer service, energetic, and possess a positive, driven attitude toward success. Having a background in general sales or customer service including but not limited to insurance, retail sales, restaurant or other hospitality industry, banking, and mobile phone sales is helpful. Recent college graduates and ex-military are encouraged to apply.

Job Duties:

• The Sales Professional leads Customers throughout the entire Customer-Centric buying process utilizing sparkling personality, in-dealership proven process training, tools, and management for guidance
• Establishes and maintains Product Knowledge and Certifications
• Establishes and maintains Standardized Customer Satisfaction Indexes
• Effectively communicates with customers in person, via email, and/or by phone
• Maintains contact with customers after the sale for follow-up to ensure long term customer satisfaction, relationship, and referrals
