Must have an active broker's license and have been activity selling real estate full time in the past 3 years minimum. Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify real estate investment opportunities
- Evaluate financial feasibility and risk of potential real estate projects
- Prepare financial models, cash flow projections, and investment reports
- Assist in due diligence process, including property inspections and document review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support real estate transactions
- Monitor and analyze market trends, property values, and rental rates
- Assist in the preparation of lease agreements and other legal documents
- Provide administrative support to the real estate team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
- Knowledge of real estate law and property management principles
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Note: Prior experience as a Real Estate Analyst is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate strong analytical skills and a passion for the real estate industry.
