Job Description: Full-Time Licensed Real Estate Agent

We are currently seeking highly motivated and dedicated full-time licensed real estate agents to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

- Actively prospect and cultivate new leads to expand client base

- Conduct property tours and showcase properties to potential buyers

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process

- Assist clients with pricing strategies and negotiation tactics

- Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends and developments

- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and share best practices

- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance professional skills and knowledge

Requirements:

- Valid and active real estate license in Louisiana

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Self-motivated and driven to succeed

- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with CRM software and real estate databases

- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changes in the industry

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
