Position: Sales Coordinator - Full Time Position

Description: Sales Coordinator

Job Purpose: Maintains and link up sales team and internal departments by following up projects and providing samples and answering questions.

Duties:

• Project follow up
• Communication between Sales/Sales Rep Groups/customers/internal departments
• Preparing Sample Requests, Quotation, and Reports
• Preparation and conducting researches
• Assisting with Marketing Department for setting up for trade shows throughout the year
• New product research, modification, design and development survey combine
• Generate product performance report and competition review.

Skills:

• Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PointPoint is a must
• Over time hours is required for this position

Optional:

• Multilingual ~ Chinese or Spanish or European language a plus

Salary: USD $3,500 per month starting

Pay Frequency:

• Twice monthly

Career Level Required: Experienced (Non-Manager)

Experience Required: 2+ to 5 Years

Education Required: Some College Coursework Completed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rowland Heights, California (91748) : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
