E-Commerce Sales Associate (to start ASAP)

Are you a high-motivated to manage and grow our E-Commerce Sales? If you're interested in managing and effectively growing the company's business on E-Commerce platform, this is the place for you.

JC Sales, the established leader in wholesale distribution, is seeking an E-Commerce Sales Associate to assist and manage daily order operations for our growing online business. JC Sales provides great benefits for the employees including healthcare, sick day pay, vacations, and 401(K).

If you have strong communication, writing and problem solving skills, and have a can-do attitude with interest in working at a rapidly growing ecommerce business, then we want to talk to you.

What you'll do:

• Assist customers in email and on the phone
• Process on-line orders for local, out of state, and out of country
• Research potential customers and send email campaign
• Create report regarding order trend and any issues related order process
• Assist in ongoing promotion and planning strategies to boost sales
• Business Travel for the exhibition needed twice in a year

What you already have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive and Attention to Details
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field - preferred
• Bilingual in English & Spanish or English & Korean

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
