The Sales Lead for Fine Mesh Screening Equipment at HK Technologies is responsible for leading direct sales and service efforts with current and prospective HK Technologies customers and channels to achieve our revenue goals for HK Technologies as well as our goals for delivery and responsiveness.

Key Duties and Responsibilities are:

  • Handle inbound Fine Mesh Screening product inquiries, customer service calls, sizing, pricing, and quoting, order and Return Good Authorization processing and tracking.
  • Execute outbound call and visit campaigns to target and attract new business.
  • Support and training of other Sales and Customer Service team members on Fine Mesh Screening Equipment sales and service needs
  • Support of sales and service objectives for the company
  • Track open quotes and opportunities through completion of Sales Process in CRM (Hubspot) and performing quotes in quoting system (Pandadoc).
  • Manage, mentor and/or lead other team members to successfully impact goals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to define, develop and execute media strategies, programs and targeted campaigns.
  • Play a key role on the HK leadership team and participate in the EOS/Traction process.

Qualifications & Required Skills:

  • 7+ years direct sales and customer service experience, preferably in fabricated material handling/processing products
  • 4-year college degree (or equivalent) with science or technical track preferred
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
  • A growth mindset for improvement
  • Strong sales process tracking and forecasting skill.
  • Analytical mind focused on solving customer problems.
  • Ability to thrive on a team and love being part of a great team.
  • Able to travel up to 75%

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
