About The Role

As an Account Manager, you will help facilitate the many needs of our customers when it comes to their custom packaging. This can include but is not limited to:

• Helping determine which packaging is right for their particular brand
• Preparing quotes for custom packaging
• Facilitating requests with our art department
• Making sure projects are kept on schedule and that critical deadlines are met
• Answering any and all questions from customers in a timely manner
• Explaining the many offerings of Contempo and which may be best for the scenario the customer is in
• Entering orders
• Keeping track of customer inventory levels

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
