The Sales Role

As a full-time sales representative, your role will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified prospective and existing customers. You are not responsible to generate your own leads because we have a very rigorous pre-qualification process that ensures we are putting our sales reps in the best possible position to succeed. We only ask you to learn our primary product lines, stay true to your training, and deliver a proven sales presentation.

The Responsibilities

• Generate high-volume, profitable sales to achieve individual sales goals
• Drive the acquisition of new business through networking, face-to-face meetings, and referrals
• Build the company brand within the trade industry, educating on product offerings and value-added services
• Achieve maximum market penetration
• Close sales with new customers and maintain existing customer relationships
• Ensure quotes are accurate following the company sales process
• Convert prospects into repeat customers
• Participation in ongoing sales training and coaching camps

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales experience last 2 years (Home Improvement Sales Preferred)
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Ability to learn quickly
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
• Ability to work with required technology and software applications (Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM software)
• Must have own insured and functional automobile + driver license
• Work authorization (Preferred)
• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
• Keen sense of self-motivation, dignity, and resolve
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
