Inside Sales Account Representative
Job Description
Confidential Company, a rapidly expanding industry leader in the moving community offers an array of services such as moving, storage, trash removal, auto transport, realty services and premier concierge services. This confidential company is offering an opportunity to join their dynamic team as an Inside Sales Account Representative.
This position is locally in the West Palm Beach office.
The Inside Sales Account Professional is the hub of the sales department, and will work current customers, prospecting clients, and other networking opportunities to coordinate and streamline the sales process from beginning to end. Responsibilities:
- Reach out to existing and prospective residential and commercial clients to generate sales, via phone.
- Email Prospecting and developing new sales leads.
- Completing the customer sales journey from prospect to closed sale including development of proposals, completing agreements, calculating prices, and collecting payment at point of sale.
- Customers after service is performed to ensure satisfaction and develop additional prospects or referrals.
- Make outbound sales calls.
- Answer inbound sales calls.
- Follow up on proposals and leads.
- Schedule sales inspection appointments
- Participate in home shows and community events as a means of building the company’s brand, creating relationships, and generating leads;
- Interact with customers/prospects via social media marketing, email follow-ups, email marketing and text related campaigns as a means of driving customer loyalty and engagement.
- Perform other Job duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
- Goal oriented with the desire to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales metrics.

- Motivated for Sales
Not a must, but definitely a PLUS!
- 2-3 years Sales Experience (preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
