Strategic Projects & Change Management - Confidentiality & Privacy - Manager
Confidentiality & Privacy (C&P) is seeking a Manager to support the strategic priorities and mitigation of confidentiality and privacy risks across the Deloitte US Firms.
The successful candidate will be expected to quickly build subject matter expertise in the US Firms' confidentiality and privacy policies and programs, be a creative and strategic thinker able to support the deployment of strategies to mitigate operational and regulatory risks.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado or Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,300 to $173,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

Illustrative Responsibilities
- Participating in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve US Firms' confidentiality and privacy issues. Assisting with projects/strategies to enhance the US Firms' confidentiality and privacy preparedness based on emerging trends and risks
- Collaborating with a variety of stakeholders to resolve challenges and mitigate risk in a multi-disciplinary environment and identify new opportunities for program maturation
- Leading initiatives to develop and improve confidentiality and privacy processes, tools, and technology
- Developing/updating artifacts to support confidentiality and privacy activities (e.g., playbooks, policies, procedures, templates, guidelines and tools, external documents)
- Draft briefings for key executive stakeholders
- Develop confidentiality and privacy communication, change management, and learning plans and deliverables for US Firms professionals leveraging creative, engaging mediums and platforms
- Lead the management and coordination of key confidentiality and privacy meetings for internal and external stakeholders

Required Professional and Technical Skills
- Excellent communications, storyboarding, and data visualization experience, including advanced PowerPoint and Word capabilities

Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required, Masters and/or MBA preferred
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with the entire Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced PowerPoint skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified International Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) or Certified International Privacy Manager (CIPM) certification
- Experience with Collaboration Tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, One Drive)
- Experience with learning, web design, and creative tools or platforms (e.g., HTML, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience in professional services, risk management, client service, or consulting or advisory services preferred
