Currently, we are seeking a Territory Sales Estimator to join our growing team. You must live within 25 or 30 miles of our office/territory.

The individual in this role will be responsible for growing and expanding our footprint in Northeast Ohio. General construction knowledge/experience preferred, but not required. Candidates should have strong conversation skills.

Territory Sales Estimator Responsibilities:

• Grow and develop customer base by utilizing a systematic business development process to identify new prospects and cultivate relationships
• Procuring self-generated leads and converting to sales
• Closing paid and/or provided leads
• Handling incoming calls and other communications
• Assess and assist with quoting retail construction projects at residential and commercial properties
• Assisting clients through their insurance claims process, if needed
• Joining business networking groups
• Sales presentations
• Following up and maintaining presence on sold jobs through completion
• Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
• An ability to climb up ladder and occasionally get on a roof
• All other duties as assigned

Territory Sales Estimator Workplace Benefits:

• $44k+ guaranteed salary plus graduating commissions and bonus opportunities
• $200 a month car allowance
• We expect candidates to make at least $60,000 -$70,000 in the first year. Successful candidates can easily exceed this number.
