Reichle Brothers Maintenance, located in Westerville, Ohio, is seeking a self-motivated Landscape Designer and Salesperson to join our full-service company. We would like to find an individual who is driven to provide a true quality product for the customer’s best value. With over 38 years in business, our existing customer base allows for a steady inflow of leads, as well as a support system to help increase your success in obtaining word of mouth customers.

Position would be detailed as taking of a lead, setting up your own appointments, meeting with customers to discover their wants and/or needs, creating a design and proposal to satisfy them, and then be able to guide them through the complete process until their project is complete.

Skill Set Desired:

· Great Communication Skills and a Winning Attitude

· Native Plant Knowledge

· Valid Insurable Driver’s License

· Computer Proficient (Design, Bidding Rendering, Microsoft Office, etc.)

· Basic Surveying (Takeoff, Elevations, etc.)

· Hardscape Construction Method and Materials Knowledge

· Time Management, Detail and Goal Oriented

· Project Design, Estimating, Layout and Oversight

· Practical Landscape Experience and/or Landscape Certification/Degree
