Position is Hybrid with some office time and mostly work from home.

Rapidly growing, full-service, automotive advertising agency with offices located in North Palm Beach, FL and Greenville, SC is seeking a self-motivated, detail oriented individual for hire as a Business Development Agent. Experience is preferred but not required.

As Business Development Agent, you would be exposed to all facets of our full-service marketing operation and be responsible for driving opportunities, prospecting and uncovering potential clients in the tier 3 automotive industry.

Our ideal candidate is very proactive, exhibits sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and make decisions, is resourceful with a can-do attitude, and is a team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment. Because we all work mostly remote, high attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are absolutely necessary.

Experience:
B2B sales experience preferred but not required. Goal for the position is to drive revenue via the phone, Zoom meetings, email and social media. You know how to set appointments; you know how to communicate clearly and influence decision making.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires a ton of attention to detail. We will teach you how to manage your day but wont be looking over your shoulder. Your daily activity that is all measured for you will tell the story as you progress in your career with us.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Identifying opportunities in target markets
• Generating leads and setting appts through cold calling, emailing, social media, referrals etc.
• Developing and nurturing relationships with key customer accounts
• Assessing client needs and the company’s ability to meet those needs
• Preparing status reports on goals
