Job Description: Sr. Account Manager

Summary:
Axelerist Inc is a leading and qualified clinical trial equipment vendor for the largest pharmaceutical, biotech and research companies. We are currently seeking a Sr. Account Manager who will be responsible for managing the end to end lifecycle of global clinical trial projects including the creation of proposals and quotes for the equipment, ancillaries and services required at global clinical trial sites. This position will communicate directly with client’s, effectively attend to their request for quotes and proposals, and ensure timely & within budget deliverables - from RFQ to Proposal to Study Startup to end of study Close out and reconciliation.
This candidate would ideally have experience and skills in Customer Service, Business Development, Project Management, Negotiations and Sourcing in the global clinical trial, research, medical and/or lab equipment fields.

This desired candidate will have the experience, capabilities and attitude to be able to attend to the business at hand as well as manage a small group of Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, review and fully understand the Request for Quotes from client contacts
- Generate quotes with requested or required equipment types, models, specifications, and prices.
- Develop and communicate distribution plan for global study deliverables
- Submit proposals and respond to any client requests for clarification or revision
- Communicate with client regularly and primary contact for all study related details
- Following up with additional information and documentation required by client
- Meet virtually and communicate with client to review project progress
- Proactively track and monitor study deliverables and timeline.
- generate and use reports to provide clients with full visibility of their projects.
- Collaborate with procurement dept to coordinate purchasing of any items needed for projects
- Collaborate with Operations Department on any service, logistics and shipping requirements
Additional Responsibilities:
- Stay up to date with equipment stock levels in our multiple warehouses
- Some sourcing or procurement of items needed
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple different projects at the same time.
- Ability to prioritize most Urgent and Important tasks before others.

Experience:
- Bachelors Degree
- At least 5 years in Project Management/Account Management/Equipment Supply
- Equipment Supply for Clinical Research is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
