Personal Lines Customer Solutions Representative
Level within Organization: Sales, Service and Support
Requirements for the Role: (Licensed in P&C or Unlicensed)
· Experience preferred but not required.
· License not required but preferred.
· Competitive Annual Salary based on experience.
· Must be able available to work during normal business hours and potentially outside normal business hours.

· This team is often the face of our agency.
· Must have excellent phone and customer service skills.
· Must be open to coaching and willing to work with continuous improvement plans.
Job Responsibilities:
· Interact and service our customers via the phone and in person visits.
· Capture documentation of customer interaction on our agency management system.
· Process incoming mail to the agency.
· Create and maintain customer files/contact notes.
· Follow up with trailing documents and underwriting requests for customers.
· Take customer payments for all carriers.
· Set clients up with on-line account for self-service.
· Set clients up with text messaging on billing accounts.
· Work on special projects for agency as assigned.
· Various other administrative duties.
Personal Lines Account Manager: (Licensed Insurance Agent)
Requirements for the Role:
· Experienced preferred
· Must be able to learn fast and multitask and adopt to change.
· Must have excellent phone and customer service skills.
· Licenses required: P&C required; L&H preferred.
· Completion of Sales Training
· Completion of Product Training
· Completion of Agency Management System Training
· Must be able available to work during normal business hours and potentially outside normal business hours.
· Must be open to coaching and willing to work with continuous improvement plans.
Job Responsibilities
· Will work call in quotes, internet leads, re-quotes for existing book and book rolls.
· Will cross sell current book.
· Maintain Agency Retention by running renewal lists in Agency Management System
· Contacting Clients for Policy Reviews, Premium Changes and Cross Selling Opportunities
· Handle customer claims and be the interface with the carrier when necessary.
· Will be expert on billing for all carrier systems.
· Create and maintain customer files/ contact notes.
· Follow up with trailing documents / underwriting requests.
· Take phone payments / walk in payments for all carriers,
· Certificate of Liability requests
· Customer Interface for walk in customers related to new business quoting.
· Set clients up with on-line account for self-service with Nat Gen & Prog, Standard carriers do that themselves with us providing email.
· Set clients up with text messaging on billing accounts and CSR24.
· Work on special projects for Agency assigned by leadership team.
· Handle other various administrative duties.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $26,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
