About the Job

Pack Leader USA is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our sales team. This is a full-time position located in Grandview, Missouri. You will report directly to the Director of Business Development. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the overall sales process to ensure a highly efficient and stream-lined quote to completion process. This individual will work closely with upper management, cross-functional departments, and external partners to establish and refine processes, manage sales operations, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with sales team members, customers, and other cross-functional departments to manage the status of open orders, and to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist with order intake, order management, and proper customer on-boarding procedures and documentation.
  • Administer and support HubSpot CRM platform on a daily basis.
  • Sales order entry in Sage.
  • Perform quality checks on HubSpot and Sage data to ensure integrity at all levels.
  • Perform regular checks on processes and procedures to ensure accuracy.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and automation to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide assistance to management team members as needed and perform other admin work related to sales and marketing.
  • Perform other data entry or CRM admin tasks.
  • Assist with procurement of labeling equipment and other options or components.
  • Assist with past due and collection efforts.
  • Create HubSpot reports and dashboards to effectively manage sales operations.
  • Serve as liaison with marketing and other consulting teams.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in business administration, marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Proficient in Sage 100 or similar operating system
  • Proficient in HubSpot or comparable sales process system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; customer service skills are key.
  • Detail-oriented multi-tasker with exceptional organization and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and cooperatively with team members.
