Experienced Outside Sales Representative

Storm Damage Insurance Claims Specialist

Lincoln, Nebraska and surrounding areas.

Skyline Construction Inc. Roofing and Restoration is a local, established roofing company in Lincoln, NE. We are currently hiring top sales producers in the area to join our Storm Restoration Team.

We are looking for Sales Professionals with experience in the Storm Recovery based sales industry.

Do You Qualify?

*Willing to travel to affected storm areas. Overnight travel required.

*Must be extremely presentable with strong social/people skills.

*Must be able to sell and close contracts.

*Must be able to perform ladder work and do roof top inspections.

*Must be able to assist homeowners with filing Insurance Claims for property damage due to storm/catastrophic events.

*Work with insurance adjusters, write estimates, scope properties, prepare material and work orders, process and perform material returns and properly contract jobs.

*Experience with Roofing CRM programs and Company Cam is a plus.

*Must be able to follow a proven sales process, sell and manage your projects from start to finish.

*Experience with Supplementing Insurance Companies is a plus.

*Past sales experience and/or sales experience in the construction industry is highly desired.

*Must have the ability to think on your feet, work independently, and keep up with a fast paced environment.

*Attend weekly sales team meetings.

Sales Role responsibilities include:

*Prospecting new clients and write estimates for roofing and gutter projects.

*Negotiate and close contracts while holding required profit margins.

*Keep sales manager, production manager and customer informed throughout entire project.

*Provide an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

Inspect roofs for quality and identify related storm damage.

*Sell and manage roof and gutter projects in their entirety from start to finish. Collect on all outstanding accounts.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
