Local Insurance Agency is seeking an admin and customer service employee. We are looking for a friendly, energetic and responsible team player to join our office staff.
Essential/Required Duties and Responsibilities

• Strong multitasking, organizational and typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Represent the agency and its products and services with pride and enthusiasm.
• Senses and responds to customer’s needs. Provide exceptional customer service
• Identifies and pursues new or related customer opportunities.
• Answering incoming calls. Filing
• Contacting clients that are late in making insurance payments. Process new applications, current policies and payments
• Verifying and updating client contact information

• Relaying policy changes to licensed agent ( If not licensed) and assisting the agents
• Relaying premium updates to clients due to policy changes

Requirements
Excellent communication skills-written, verbal and listening
Pro active in problem solving
Able to work in team environment
Be able or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license within 90 days. Licensed preferred, but we will train the right person.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
