Life Science Outsourcing, Inc (LSO) is a contract manufacturer of medical devices with in-built capabilities to offer clients full-service solutions through our six divisions. Clients rely on LSO to perform all activities required to introduce their products to market, from sourcing to drop shipping.
In January of 2023 LSO acquired J-Pac Medical ([please apply online] a Medical Device Contract Manufacturer based out of New Hampshire to expand LSOs geographic reach in the medical device arena. Due to the recent acquisition and with over 25 years of growth, we are currently seeking a self-motivated Sales Manager with a good positive energy to join our team at the New Hampshire Facility in Somersworth.
The Sales Manager's role is to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, while also providing excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of sales success in the medical device industry, as well as excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the medical device manufacturing industry.
- Manage and lead the sales team to ensure they are meeting their targets and delivering excellent customer service to customers.
- Set goals and expectations for each member of the sales team and monitor their progress towards those goals on an ongoing basis.
- Provide ongoing mentoring, coaching, and training to the sales team to help them develop their skills, achieve their sales targets, and grow as professionals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities for business development and growth.
- Manage Salesforce CRM for LSO East.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product and marketing strategies to meet customer needs.
- Develop and monitor sales budgets, ensuring that the sales team operates within budgetary constraints.
- Identify and implement sales process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Foster a positive and motivated sales team culture, promoting collaboration, learning, and development.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services, as well as industry trends and regulations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships or collaborations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent.
- MBA and prior supervisory experiences are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management in the medical device manufacturing industry.

- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven utilization of CRM, preferably Salesforce
