Energy Insurance Agency, a subsidiary of AAA Club Alliance Inc., is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Sales Executive to join our team in Holland, OH!

What do our Sales Executives Do?

• Manage the full sales cycle to achieve new business production goals working with both new and existing clients.
• Develop, present and sell customized comprehensive insurance programs focused on individual client needs.
• Collect detailed risk and underwriting information including survey data and loss history.
• Partner with assigned Account Management team, and provide service to new and existing clients
• Maintain production reports and attend all sales meetings as required.
• Promote the agency in the community.
• Keep up-to-date on industry standards and carrier changes

So, let's talk money - what can you expect?

• A base salary starting at $60,000 to $80,000/year, depending on experience PLUS commission on new and renewal business
• Our sales executives typically make between $85,000 to $100,000 their first year

Do you have what it takes?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 5+ years experience in Commercial Insurance Sales
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
• The resiliency needed to pursue & close sales
• Advanced Excel and MS office suite skills (Word, Outlook).
• Comfortable presenting to business owners and C-Level executives.
• Superior customer service attitude and approach to business.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
