Job Description:

We seek motivated and experienced Luxury Real Estate Professionals to join our top-producing team. As a team member, you will work with affluent clientele, showcase extraordinary properties, and build lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals. This role offers an exciting and rewarding career path for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Successful Candidates Qualities:

  • 3+ years of luxury real estate experience in the Los Angeles Area
  • Real Estate Transaction history of $5M in the last 12 months
  • Active/Good Standing Real Estate License
  • Bachelor's Degree or revenant work experience
  • Desire and Dedication to work 40+ hours/wk in real estate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous professional negotiations training
  • Established Sphere of Influence in the Los Angeles area
  • Experience using Real Estate CRMs/software (FollowUpBoss, DocuSign, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with luxury buyers and sellers, leveraging your network and prospecting skills to identify new leads and opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their unique requirements, preferences, and financial capabilities.
  • Provide expert guidance and advice to clients throughout the buying or selling, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Create and execute tailored marketing strategies to effectively promote luxury properties, utilizing various channels such as online platforms, print media, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with our professionals vendor, including photographers, videographers, and marketing specialists, to produce high-quality marketing materials that showcase properties in the best possible light.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses, demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of each property's features, amenities, and neighborhood highlights.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of sale, ensuring favorable outcomes for buyers and sellers.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry news, and legal requirements for luxury real estate transactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
