What will I do as an Assisted Living Sales Advisor?

As a Sales Advisor, we are seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual to be responsible for performing direct sales (B2B), (B2C) activities for Senior Living Community that are necessary to achieve and exceed the community's sales/ census goals. The position is comprised of both outside and inside sales activities including community outreach, cold-call prospecting, attending network meetings and events that would produce referrals, high conversion rates for closing sales, developing community events, and providing virtual/in-person tours of the campus facilities.

The position requires effective communication skills with the ability to plan, organize and execute presentations, open house and sales events producing favorable outcomes, excellent follow-up, and multi-tasking skills. The ability to be on call and work occasional weekends and holidays is also necessary.

Requires:

• Three years of successful sales experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Identifying opportunities to build referral relationships and partnership within the healthcare industry is imperative.
• The Candidate will have demonstrated the ability to meet and exceed sales quotas with a proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
• Candidates will also be highly motivated self-starter have excellent interpersonal skills, and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office, and a working knowledge of CRM systems.
