Marketing Representative

This position will liaise with nursing homes, organizations and individuals on behalf of Serenity. This position will collaborate with our marketing and recruiting team to encourage applicants to apply and potential clients to ask about our services.

Responsibilities:

• Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
• Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral
• Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, presentations
• Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends
• Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, website, and press releases
• Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs
• Coordinate and prepare presentation materials as needed.
• Strategically manage and maintain the Business Development Manager’s schedule so that workdays are efficiently organized
• Act as a liaison between the executive, colleagues, clients, applicants and all external contacts
• Engage in select marketing research activities, perform market analysis and research on competition
• Writing, reviewing, editing, proofreading and updating content for company websites, email campaigns, marketing materials, social media and similar platforms
• Brainstorming and developing effective content plans for communications and marketing efforts driven by previous success metrics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field or relevant marketing experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outgoing personality, ability to make connections over the phone and in person
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
