We are looking for a friendly and reliable Sales associate to join our team.As a part of our Sales Team you are responsible for providing a superior experience to our valued customers. In addition, you will: • Engage customers in friendly conversation to understand their needs and desires • Ability to present merchandise and share detailed information regarding features and benefits of products • Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers,showing and selling merchandise, processing payments,helping with social media posts,answering emails and social media inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work quickly and accurately, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will also have experience in cash handling and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Prior jewelry sales experience is helpful but not a must . we will train.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• present merchandise and help cistomer pick the perfect jewelry piece or watc.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information on products and services.
• Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Follow all safety protocols.
• list products on various social media platforms and answer customer inquiries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
