Job Title: Sales and Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

Team Solutions Dental is currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team!

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be both a creative person with an ability to capture and analyze data to ensure all marketing efforts are targeted appropriately. This person will lean on the data as a way of determining what does and does not work.

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will have the ability to speak to potential customers - both over the phone and in person. They will be able to tap into their sales skill set as they respectfully present all the ways that using our lab will benefit the potential customer. Using their relationship building skills, the Sales and Marketing Specialist will then work with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all new customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
• Resesarch the marketing efforts of local competitors
• Stay up to date on all company-wide initiatives
• Brainstorm and develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the President, Media team, and other departments to ensure brand brand standards are consistent among all internal and external marketing efforts
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Design and create monthly statement stuffers to be distributed with the customer's end of month statement
• Speak to potential customers who are interested in using our lab in person or over the phone as needed
• Track leads and any correlating results of sales efforts around each lead
• Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

• Proven experience (2+ more years) in a both a marketing and sales role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
